The new exciting landmark building on Valley Road, Bradford lies just to the north of Forster Square on the fringe of the city’s prime retail and business cores. The project provides a 5-storey building, comprising a ground floor retail unit and four upper floors comprising a 69 bedroom, restaurant free, hotel.
Peninsular Acoustics provided sound Insulation, Internal noise levels, building services noise and reverberation in common areas design advice. Acoustic commissioning tests were undertaken prior to completion with all areas successfully compliant with the brand standards and Building Regulations’ requirements.
