The building houses a total of 400 employees from Chubb and affiliates of Otis UK and Carrier Controls UK. The building has enabled a safer, smarter and more sustainable environment that will be a great place for our employees and their colleagues to work.
Peninsular Acoustics was appointed to undertake a design stage assessment for the BREEAM credits Hea 05 and Pol 05. A noise survey and noise modelling was undertaken as part of the design and sound insulation and internal noise level advice was provided to uphold privacy for the office occupants.
